The Porter Ultra Breakaway Elite Basketball Rim was designed with a static-load pressure release mechanism that can be adjusted to increase or decrease breakaway force, and these adjustments can be easily made by +using the provided tools to tighten or loosen the screws. This rim includes a high quality white anti-whip net and all the necessary mounting hardware to attach it to any 42″ x 72″ rectangular backboard, and the Tube-tie Net Attachment system replaces the conventional wire-formed type net locks that improve player safety and decrease installation time. It also features a unique design that allows the rim to absorb impact from all directions and reduce the shock in a player’s hand when slam dunking or hanging on the rim. Meets or exceeds NCAA specifications and is NFHS Compliant.
